When not creating my own world, I set about teaching children and adults alike how to make their own. Using free form intuitive expression to unleash our colours in a world without limits.

Each workshop is a source of inspiration for the creative souls who aim to make without the complete knowledge of how to get started. 

I assists each person on their creative journey whilst allowing them to explore their own unique styles and imagination. 

I also teach the importance of disregarding any self critical and prefectionist ideals to make room for mess, mistakes and imperfections,because after all  imperfection is more interesting.

I do many different 'Create Yourself' workshops for the many different souls out there. Take your pick and learn something new today...

~ A journal of self discovery- which involves expressing the soul through journalling and free form photography, art and collage. Each person has the opportunity to make their own journal from old recycled vintage books, fabric and papers and then are let loose on a journey of mess and self realisation. You can then take this journal home and use it as an outlet of creativity whenever you need it!

~ Painting with a difference workshop- I myself did a fine art course and found that, whilst I love the traditional art of painting, sometimes it can be a bit boring! This is portrait and landscape painting but with a funky edge that combines collage and photography where you end up seeing life a little bit differently than usual.

It is critical that we start believing in ourselves and the importance of our voices. To express oneself from the soul is the most vulnerable yet enriching thing we can do, and it is necessary to start trusting the mistakes and releasing, to be brave without expectations and to unleash colour and adventure without limitations.

I hold regular 'Create Yourself' workshops around schools and clubs from West Yorkshire to Manchester, and also from my home The Old Coach House Healing Centre (http://www.coachhousehealing.co.uk/)in the lovely town of Marsden.

However I can also do 'Create Yourself' parties that can be held at your own home, so you don't even need to leave to get creative!

Workshops are available to all ages, (but generally from 8+) and are especially great for adult and child bonding sessions, as both parties get to do something they enjoy and can take home with them.

no previous experience needed it all, as everything will be provided. Bring nothing but yourself and an open mind...

*If you would like to book me for a 'Create yourself' Party at your own home or at The Old Coach House Healing Centre, Prices are £15 per person with a minimum of 4 people (or £10 per person with 8 people or more)


This includes all the materials you need for 3 hours work and lovely refreshments to keep us going :)
